**George Oliver Unveils The Bond: A $60M Office Transformation at 32nd and Camelback**

George Oliver has completed a major renovation of a 287,000-square-foot office building located at 3200 E. Camelback Road, reintroducing it as “The Bond.” The redevelopment reflects a hospitality-driven approach to office space, merging high-end lifestyle amenities with modern workplace functionality.

The newly transformed space includes unique features such as billiards, darts, a spa complete with men’s and women’s locker rooms, a yoga studio, a fully equipped gym with premium weights, high-end food and beverage options, a hidden speakeasy, and a professional podcast studio.

With an investment of $60 million, the renovation extends beyond lifestyle amenities and into advanced workplace enhancements. Eleven spec suites have been completed, with six more in the design phase. Additional features include a 200-person training room and a striking 22-person, glass-enclosed boardroom suspended above a central three-story atrium. Full project completion is scheduled for 2026.

Other standout amenities at The Bond include an on-site concierge, regular private networking events, mother’s rooms, a dog-friendly patio, car detailing services, and electric vehicle charging stations. George Oliver originally acquired the building for $61 million in 2022. JLL is currently handling leasing activities for the property.
