**Flexjet Breaks Ground on New Private Terminal at Scottsdale Airport**
Flexjet has officially begun construction on its newest private terminal at Scottsdale Airport. Designed to serve as both a terminal and an exclusive lounge, the facility will cater specifically to Flexjet aircraft owners and their travel guests.
Kenn Ricci, Chairman of Flexjet, highlighted Scottsdale as an ideal location, noting, “Scottsdale’s ultra-high-net-worth population has grown by nearly 90 percent in just the last ten years.”
The state-of-the-art $36 million facility is scheduled for completion in late 2026. It will include a 9,000-square-foot customer terminal, 9,500 square feet of office space, and a 34,000-square-foot maintenance hangar. An additional 2,400-square-foot outdoor terrace is also planned, offering guests a premium travel experience.
Flexjet Technical Services—Flexjet’s in-house maintenance and support team—will be based on-site to provide service and support for aircraft operations.
Once completed, the Scottsdale location will join Flexjet’s network of Exclusive Private Terminals already operating in Teterboro, White Plains, Dallas Love Field, Naples, and Van Nuys in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Future Flexjet terminals are currently under development in Bozeman, Montana; Palm Beach and Miami, Florida; and Las Vegas, Nevada.
