Developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Managing Partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani, in partnership with CIM Group, the project features a dynamic mix of residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
Strategically located west of Biscayne Boulevard and east of Interstate 95, Miami Worldcenter boasts:

When complete, Miami Worldcenter will deliver approximately 11,000 residential units and over 1,000 hotel rooms.
Retail offerings at the development bring notable national and global brands to Downtown Miami for the first time. These include Apple, Sephora, Lululemon, Ray-Ban, and Lucid Motors, enhancing the city’s appeal as a retail destination.
