Leadership and talent investments across design-build, brokerage, construction and ownership platforms in Chicago and the Midwest signal firms are positioning their teams to execute on future transactions and asset strategies more efficiently.

PREMIER Design + Build Group has expanded its national leadership ranks, naming Audra Billmeyer as senior vice president, professional development. In the role, she will oversee PREMIER U, the company’s education platform designed to help employees advance both personal and professional objectives, positioning the organization to support ongoing project and client demands.

Transwestern has strengthened its Midwest Capital Markets group with the addition of Alissa Adler and John Homsher, CCIM, as managing directors in the firm’s Chicago office. The pair will work alongside an existing regional team that already covers major Midwest markets including Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Detroit and Milwaukee, reinforcing the firm’s presence across multiple investment hubs.

Henricksen, a national full-service contract furniture dealer headquartered in Chicago, has appointed Chris Tarzon as vice president of sales for Illinois. Tarzon brings more than 25 years of experience spanning sales, business development and commercial real estate advisory, and is expected to apply a relationship-driven approach to serve clients with complex, multi-stakeholder requirements.

RMK Management Corp. reported that several team members from four properties in its portfolio were recognized at the 2026 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards, organized by the Chicagoland Apartment Association. The honors highlight performance and marketing achievements within RMK’s residential portfolio in the broader Chicago region.

Peak Construction has advanced six team members across its East Coast and Midwest regions, reflecting internal career progression at the construction services firm. Promotions include Damla Unal to project engineer II, Darshan Patel to project manager I, Tanner Bogaczyk to project manager II, Joe Bielawski to senior superintendent, Liana Kaatz to senior project accountant I, and Kate Sinai Park to cost engineer II.

Clear Height Properties has brought on Dan Wolowicz as director of culture and talent. In this role, he will lead people strategy and human resources operations for the company as it continues to expand its vertically integrated industrial real estate platform, aligning talent development with portfolio and organizational growth objectives.
