**Evergreen Devco Sells Recently Delivered Luxury Apartments in Denver Metro Area for $97M**

Evergreen Devco has sold Outlook Table Mesa, a 250-unit luxury apartment community in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for $97 million—an average of nearly $390,000 per unit. The buyer of the asset is FJ Management.

Completed in 2023, the community received a $51.2 million construction loan from Comerica Bank in 2022, according to data from CommercialEdge.

Outlook Table Mesa is situated on over 12 acres at 4051 Clear Creek Drive, approximately 14 miles west of downtown Denver. The property features 16 low-rise buildings offering one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with units averaging 908 square feet. All units include private balconies or patios.

The amenity package includes a swimming pool, business lounge, sports court, and fully equipped fitness center.

Outlook Table Mesa is part of Evergreen’s larger Clear Creek Crossing project, a master-planned, mixed-use development that incorporates a range of residential, retail, and restaurant offerings.
