**TriNet Inks 150,000-Square-Foot Lease at High Street Development**

TriNet has signed a lease for 150,000 square feet at High Street, a 36-acre mixed-use development. The company, known for providing full-service human resources solutions, is projected to employ 750 people at the location within five years.

High Street is a $2 billion town center district owned by GID. The development is set to include 672,000 square feet of Class A office space, two hotels, 400,000 square feet dedicated to shopping, dining, fitness, and entertainment, as well as 3,000 luxury residential units.

GID has already completed the $415 million first phase of the master-planned community. This initial phase features two apartment buildings, 90,000 square feet of loft office space, and 150,000 square feet allocated to retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues. Additionally, the site includes an existing 221,861-square-foot office building.

JLL’s Jeff Taylor and Adam Viente represented GID in finalizing the lease agreement. Representing TriNet were Tony Guglielmi, Rich Branning, Josh Hirsh, Dom Wyant, Terry McGuirk, and Brennan Koslow.
