**PearlX and Cal Solar Launch $4.5M Solar Power Installation at Murrieta Multifamily Development**

PearlX, a leading energy infrastructure and capital partner for multifamily owners and developers, has joined forces with Cal Solar Inc., California’s largest multifamily solar financier and design-build contractor, to deliver a $4.5 million solar power and battery storage system. This initiative marks the first phase of a new 451-unit multifamily development currently under construction in Murrieta, California.

In collaboration with Cal Solar as the development, engineering, procurement, and construction partner, PearlX will implement a sustainable energy solution aimed at reducing utility costs and carbon emissions for the property’s future residents.

“We’re delighted to be bringing high-tech solar amenities to this project alongside Cal Solar Inc. to future-proof this community against rising energy costs,” said Phillip Forrester, Senior Director of Sales at PearlX. “Our solar and battery systems will help to bring down utility bills for residents while providing Greystar with an additional stream of long-term revenue through our leasing program.”

The solar initiative underscores both companies’ commitment to advancing clean energy integration in residential communities while creating long-term value for both developers and tenants.
