**Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Healthcare-Anchored Retail Center in Leominster, MA for $7.2M**

Marcus & Millichap has announced the successful sale of Leominster Plaza, a 20,279-square-foot healthcare-anchored retail center located in Leominster, Massachusetts. The property was acquired for $7.2 million. The identities of both the buyer and the seller were not disclosed.

“After considering offers from multiple buyers, we ultimately settled on a buyer with other similar properties in the area,” said Adam Cohen, First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. “They found the combination of service-oriented tenants, some of whom have corporate-backed leases, very attractive.”

Cohen, along with Brett Kilar of the Cohen Group—investment specialists based in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office—marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer for the transaction.

Located at 20 Commercial Road, Leominster Plaza sits on a 2.02-acre parcel and is anchored by ConvenientMD, which has more than 13 years remaining on its lease. The center also includes tenants such as GEICO, ARA Leominster Dialysis, and Kids Care+, all operating under triple-net leases. The property benefits from its strategic position next to Route 2 and its location within the region’s largest retail hub.
