**Japanese Firm Kowa Leases Space at FRED310 Industrial Park**
Japanese research, development, and manufacturing firm Kowa is set to occupy a 317,000-square-foot facility later this year at the FRED310 industrial park in Frederickson, Washington.
With this move, Kowa becomes the fourth tenant to secure space in the FRED310 industrial development. The company will take up approximately half of Building D, located at 6921 192nd Street East. The remaining space in the building is leased by Haier/General Electric, which occupies 436,000 square feet.
The lease transaction was represented by Cushman & Wakefield brokers Scott Alan, Patrick Mullin, and Connor Cree on behalf of the landlord. The FRED310 industrial park is a major development spearheaded by Panattoni and Crow Holdings Capital. The project is planned to include six buildings totaling up to 4 million square feet of industrial space. Panattoni acquired the land for $200 million from Boeing in 2021.
Other tenants at FRED310 include Harbor Freight, which leased the 783,000-square-foot Building E, and Floor & Decor, occupying the 1.1 million-square-foot Building C.
