**BLT Enterprises Expands Studio Operations with New Post-Production Facility in Hollywood**

BLT Enterprises has expanded its footprint in the film and television industry by acquiring a new soundstage for BLT Studios—its fully owned and operated film studio and soundstage business in Hollywood. This acquisition continues the company’s investment in content creation infrastructure, even as overall filming activity in Los Angeles shows a downward trend.

According to a recent FilmLA report, on-location movie and television production in Los Angeles has declined. However, facilities that serve the post-production and promotional segments remain in demand. BLT Studios is capitalizing on this shift by providing in-demand creative spaces for commercial production, TV promo work, and tour rehearsals.

“Demand is high, and we’ve been booking commercial work, TV shows and tour rehearsals straight out of the gate,” said Christina Hirigoyen, general manager of sales and marketing for BLT Studios. “Despite the downturn of filming in Los Angeles, post-production promotional work, as well as television commercials and product shoots, are all still happening in Hollywood, and we’re beyond proud to be a part of that flourishing sector of the industry.”

BLT Studios now features five soundstages and a backlot spread within a two-block radius, offering comprehensive on-site amenities such as parking and production offices. The newest acquisition, known as Soundstage 6, is the studio’s largest facility with 9,086 square feet of usable space. This expansion reflects BLT’s long-term confidence in the evolving needs of the entertainment industry.
