**Caliber Companies to Develop 15 Hyatt Studios Hotels Across the U.S.**

Scottsdale-based Caliber Companies has entered into a Development Rights Agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop 15 new Hyatt Studios hotels in the United States. As part of the agreement, Caliber Hospitality Development will hold exclusive development rights for Hyatt Studios properties in key markets, including Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Louisiana.

The project’s first location in Georgetown, Texas, is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2025. A second location is planned for Scottsdale, Arizona, with construction expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

Each Hyatt Studios hotel will feature approximately 122 apartment-style suites outfitted with in-room kitchens, free high-speed fiber internet, electric vehicle charging stations, complimentary grab-and-go breakfast, a 24/7 market, self-service laundry facilities, a fitness studio, and pet-friendly accommodations.

Caliber anticipates developing all 15 hotels within the next three to five years, depending on market opportunities. The company has stated intentions to seek an expansion of the agreement if favorable market conditions continue.
