Swarovski Returning to Washington, D.C. with New Georgetown Location

Swarovski will make its return to Washington, D.C., with the opening of a new store in the Georgetown neighborhood. The luxury crystal brand has signed a five-year lease for a 948-square-foot space at 1234 Wisconsin Avenue NW. The store is slated to open in late 2025.

This marks Swarovski’s comeback to the District following the closure of its Union Station store in early 2020. The new lease was announced by EastBanc and Acadia Realty Trust, co-owners of the Georgetown Portfolio.

“Swarovski’s new Georgetown storefront further cements the neighborhood as a place that luxury brands want to be,” said Philippe Lanier, Principal at EastBanc.

The upcoming store will showcase Swarovski’s signature collections, including crystal jewelry, watches, home décor, eyewear, and tableware. It will also feature the brand’s luxury fine jewelry lines, highlighted by lab-grown diamonds.
