Blue Sky Center consists of eight buildings totaling 937,042 square feet with additional development potential and infrastructure support for innovation in clean-tech life sciences and corporate offices. Amenities include cafes fitness center EV charging gaming area putting green basketball shooting courts golf simulator among others.
Mat Malatesta Tyler McGrail Michael Frisoli Margaret Fee from Newmark served as leasing agents on behalf of the ownership while Mat Malatesta Dave Townsend represented UII America Inc Nick Amarante Mekae Hyde Hughes Marino represented Nth Cycle Inc respectively .
