San Antonio Office Building for Sale: Market Listing Now Available

Buchanan Street Partners, a California-based real estate investment firm, is offering its 163,852-square-foot office property at 7330 San Pedro Ave. for sale. Located steps away from North Star Mall in San Antonio, the nine-story building has undergone $4 million worth of renovations since 2016 and is currently 83% leased. Despite weaknesses in the downtown market area, submarkets farther north have been showing strength over recent quarters as companies look to lower costs and higher quality space when signing leases around Loop 410, I-10 and Loop 1604. The 2023 valuation of the site from Bexar County Appraisal District puts its assessed value at approximately $26.7 million; however an asking price was not disclosed by Buchanan Street Partners or JLL’s Andrew Levy who leads marketing efforts for this property with Stream Realty Partners acting as leasing agent
