**Related Group, Miami-Dade Officials Unveil Magnus Brickell Mixed-Income Development**

Related Group, in partnership with Miami-Dade County Housing & Community Development and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, has officially opened Magnus Brickell—a new Class-A, mixed-income, transit-oriented development in Miami.

The newly completed residential tower features a total of 465 homes, including workforce, market-rate, and affordable housing options. Magnus Brickell replaces a former 96-unit elderly housing complex and adjoining surface parking lot. The development marks a significant step forward in providing equitable housing in one of the city’s prime urban locations.

The residential mix includes studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Of the total units, 93 are designated for households earning 50% or less of the area median income and include HUD rental assistance. An additional 70 units are reserved for households making up to 140% of the area median income, while the remaining 302 units are market-rate.

Residents of Magnus Brickell will have access to a range of amenities, including a sun deck, swimming pool, and fitness center. The property is conveniently located less than one-eighth of a mile from the Metrorail, enhancing its appeal as a transit-oriented location.

Further supporting community development and education, the project includes land set aside for a new urban K-8 public school in collaboration with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, to be built adjacent to the residential tower.

Magnus Brickell is part of a broader initiative to expand housing accessibility while integrating public infrastructure and educational resources in Miami’s urban core.
