MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been named the exclusive sales broker for a nearly 39-acre site located just east of Charlottesville, Virginia.
The property, owned by Zion Crossroads 8 LLC, comprises seven parcels ranging in size from less than two acres to more than 12 acres. These parcels have been zoned to support warehouse and industrial development. The assignment is being managed by Sam Orr, Executive Vice President, and Brian Thomas, Real Estate Advisor at MacKenzie.
The site is strategically located less than one mile from Interstate 64, the primary east-west highway linking the greater Charlottesville and Richmond metropolitan areas. It is also adjacent to a Walmart distribution center and lies along the rapidly developing Route 15 corridor, which is experiencing ongoing residential, commercial, and apartment growth.
