**Hasbro Delays Decision on Headquarters Relocation Until Summer**

Hasbro Inc., the iconic toy maker based in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, has delayed its decision on relocating its corporate headquarters until this summer. The announcement comes after earlier reports suggested that a final decision could be expected by late winter, according to the Boston Business Journal.

As part of its search for a new home, Hasbro has been closely evaluating multiple sites in Boston, particularly the new development at 400 Summer Street in the Seaport District. The company is also reported to have considered two other prominent locations: 100 Summer Street, a 32-story tower owned by the Rockpoint Group, and 10 Summer Street, a mixed-use property developed by Millennium Partners, which includes a prominent retail presence with a Primark store.

In January, Hasbro issued a request for final proposals from various Boston landlords, signaling serious interest in the Massachusetts market.

Meanwhile, Rhode Island officials have been actively working to retain the company, which has been headquartered in the state since 1962. The state has offered a prime real estate parcel in Providence’s Jewelry District as part of its efforts, alongside a promotional video aimed at persuading Hasbro executives to stay.

The ultimate outcome of Hasbro’s decision remains to be seen, but both Massachusetts and Rhode Island appear fully engaged in making competitive offers for the company’s future headquarters.
