**First National Realty Partners Completes Trio of Leases at Brandywine Crossing in Maryland**

First National Realty Partners (FNRP) has announced the completion of three major lease agreements at Brandywine Crossing, a prominent retail center located in Brandywine, Maryland. The new leases include Burlington, Another Broken Egg Cafe, and Buffalo Wild Wings GO, further enhancing the center’s diverse mix of retail and dining options.

Burlington is slated to open in 2026, taking over a 25,310-square-foot space currently occupied by JOANN Fabric and Crafts. FNRP swiftly secured the lease with Burlington following JOANN’s bankruptcy filing.

Meanwhile, Another Broken Egg Cafe and Buffalo Wild Wings GO are both scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.

“These new retailers enhance the center’s retail and dining offerings, providing the local community with exciting new options,” said Candace Gschwind, Director of Leasing at FNRP. “We’re confident they’ll draw more visitors and become key destinations in the area.”

Brandywine Crossing continues to attract leading national tenants, thanks to its strategic location, high foot traffic, and strong co-tenancy with major anchors like Target and Safeway. The latest additions are expected to further solidify the center’s position as a premier shopping and dining hub in the region.
