KPMG Evaluating Atlanta Office Space Needs

KPMG Evaluating Atlanta Office Space Needs

Global accounting firm KPMG LLP has begun evaluating its office space needs in Atlanta, as reported by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. With two years left on its Downtown lease, Cushman & Wakefield’s John Winter, Kirk Diamond, April Parrish and Erin Smith have been hired to conduct the search.

It is uncertain if KPMG is looking to relocate or renew their existing space at Truist Plaza in Downtown where they currently occupy around 100,000 square feet of office space. The firm also owns a 24,000-square-foot innovation hub at One Atlantic Center in Midtown which was opened back 2017 and offices located Cobb County.

If relocation does occur it will be the second Big Four accounting firm to vacate downtown for another market within Atlanta this year alone; Deloitte Ltd recently leased 95k sqft of Promenade Tower where it will move from 191 Peachtree Street – longtime home of their Atlantan offices
