**Denver’s Cherry Lane Redevelopment Set to Begin Construction**

BMC Investments, in partnership with Prism Places and Invesco Real Estate, is moving forward with the redevelopment of Cherry Lane. The partnership has secured construction financing from Bank OZK for the first phase of the project.

The redevelopment will involve demolishing the vacant Sears store and Crate & Barrel building, as well as transforming the existing service alley and parking garage into a mixed-use development in the Cherry Creek North submarket.

Cherry Lane will feature 379 multifamily units, 59,063 square feet of office space, and 132,665 square feet dedicated to retail and restaurant spaces across the ground floor, a second-floor mezzanine, and a rooftop area.

Abatement activities have already commenced, with demolition of the Sears building set to begin this month. The project site is bordered by Clayton Lane and First and Second Avenues.

Designed by Tryba Architects and built by PCL Construction, Cherry Lane will also feature retail interior and exterior design by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.
