Dedham Multifamily Property Secures $4M Refinancing

Pearlmark Real Estate has closed a $4 million mezzanine debt investment to refinance the DIOR, a 48-unit multifamily property in Dedham, Massachusetts. Located near the Legacy Center at 978 Providence Hwy, this property features approximately 9,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.

The investment was made on behalf of Pearlmark Mezzanine Realty Partners V L.P., with Vacca Property Management represented by Brian Sheehan from Capital Stack Commercial Real Estate Finance for the recapitalization process. An entity managed by Argentic provided senior loan funding and Steve Gordon from Pearlmark arranged the transaction.
