### Former Cinderella City Mall in Englewood Set for Major Redevelopment

DPC Companies and Ogilvie Partners are advancing their plans to revitalize the former Cinderella City Mall property in Englewood. The two firms acquired the site, now known as Englewood CityCenter, earlier this year for $5.2 million.

The redevelopment vision aims to transform the 220,000 square feet of mixed-use space into a vibrant hub where people can live, work, and shop. Plans include the addition of multifamily apartments and a hotel to complement the existing property.

Cinderella City Mall, once the largest indoor shopping mall west of the Mississippi, has seen significant changes since its grand opening in 1968. The property was ultimately foreclosed upon in 2017, and DPC and Ogilvie acquired it from Starwood Property Trust.

Currently, the redevelopment team is working with the city of Englewood to develop a comprehensive master plan. At present, the property is 39% leased, with tenants that include Harbor Freight, Petco, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Ross, Tokyo Joe’s, and Einstein Bros.

With the new plans in motion, Englewood CityCenter is poised for a major transformation, bringing new residential and commercial opportunities to the area.
