Drawbridge Realty has recently signed a long-term lease with medical device developer EBR Systems, Inc. for the entire 51,136-square-foot building located at 4600 Patrick Henry Dr. in Santa Clara. This Class A office/R&D building will serve as EBR’s new headquarters and they are expected to move in after completing their tenant improvements by the first half of 2026.
EBR Systems is a Silicon Valley-based company that specializes in developing its patented Wireless Stimulation Endocardially (WiSE) technology which eliminates the need for cardiac pacing leads – historically known to be a major source of complications and issues with effectiveness and reliability in managing cardiac rhythm disease.
In 2013, Drawbridge Realty acquired the property at 4600 Patrick Henry Dr., followed by significant interior and exterior renovations last year. The single-story building offers surface parking, modernized interiors, drought-tolerant landscaping, as well as a large private outdoor area perfect for company gatherings.
The ownership was represented by Walt Stephenson and Jeff Cushman from Cushman & Wakefield while Greg Tippin and Tracey Solari from Newmark represented EBR during negotiations.
