Skanska has successfully finished the L10 Arts and Cultural Center, a 65,000-square-foot hub for arts and culture located on Ashland Place in Fort Greene’s Cultural District in Brooklyn. The center will serve as the home for several esteemed cultural institutions including 651 Arts, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Art and Brooklyn Public Library.
According to Sean Szatkowski, EVP and general manager at Skanska USA Building: “The completion of this project is a significant achievement as it provides top-of-the-line facilities and versatile spaces to support some of Brooklyn’s most influential arts organizations.
