NYU Abu Dhabi and the Chen Institute are teaming up to host the 2025 Global Real Estate Markets Conference on February 12-13. This event will bring together top industry leaders from around the world to discuss investment opportunities and risks in real estate markets.
Keynote speakers for this conference include Ankur Gupta, managing partner of Brookfield’s Real Estate Group for Asia Pacific and Middle East, as well as Drew Goldman, Global Head of Real Estate at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
The theme of this year’s conference is “Connecting Global Capital and Regional Strategies for the New Real Estate Cycle.” Attendees can expect a variety of discussions including Fireside Chats, Outlook Sessions, Regional Opportunities Focus Sessions, and a Special Session on insights from the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Reimagining Real Estate Framework Report.
The report’s authors – Sam Chandan (Ph.D.), founding director of Chen Institute and co-chair of the conference – along with Kalin Bracken from World Economic Forum will be joined by other notable speakers such as Ahmed El Sham (CEO at Majid Al Futtaim Properties), Robert E.
