A123 Systems, a leading developer and manufacturer of lithium iron phosphate batteries and energy storage systems, has chosen JLL as their real estate advisor for the company’s upcoming U.S. manufacturing facility. This new location will be A123 Systems’ third in North America.
JLL will assist A123 Systems in finding the perfect real estate solution to expand their presence in North America, building upon existing facilities located in Novi, Michigan and Waltham Massachusetts. The experienced team at JLL will guide A123 Systems through every step of the process including site selection, negotiation and documentation to ensure that this new facility aligns with the company’s long-term operational goals and growth strategy.
