Tom Boyle from Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the buyer, Paragon Micro Inc., while Rick Hiton from Hiton & Associates represented the seller Awaken CTTE LLC. According to Jeff Reimer, founder of Paragon Micro Inc., they thoroughly examined the market and found this property to be ideal for their future plans.
The building was recently renovated in 2018 and offers a total area of 51,008 square feet. Paragon Micro Inc. is a full-service IT solution provider that specializes in computing hardware, software and technology solutions.
