JLL has successfully arranged a $24.75 million refinancing deal for Luxe on Madison, a 102-unit multifamily community located in Chicago, Illinois. The borrower, Fifield Companies, was represented by JLL in securing the five-year fixed-rate loan through MetLife Investment Management.
The Debt Advisory team at JLL Capital Markets led the transaction and included Senior Managing Director Danny Kaufman, Director Mary Dooley, Associate Rebecca Brielmaier and Analyst Mackenzie Jones. According to Dooley: “Luxe on Madison’s prime location and strong track record of success continue to attract residents while also providing solid market fundamentals for secure mortgage investments.”
