Fig St., a townhome complex consisting of 14 units located in Escondido. The property was sold for $7.9 million, which equates to approximately $564,000 per unit and is reported as the highest price-per-unit achieved for a multifamily building along the State Route 78 corridor within the past year.
This transaction marks the sixth successful investment made by this partnership as they continue to pursue opportunities that align with their value-add investment strategy focused on Southern California and Nashville’s multifamily markets.
