Rancho Realty Group Corporation successfully facilitated the signing of a 31,000-square-foot industrial lease at 7850 Haskell Ave. in Van Nuys. The building is owned and managed by Apprentice and Journeymen Trust Fund for the Southern California Plumbing and Piping Industry, a nonprofit organization representing the plumbing trade.
The new tenant, David Barnes Company, is an aviation parts manufacturing company currently located at 14701 Keswick St. in Van Nuys.
Parker Jones (founding principal) and Daniel O’Neil (founding partner) of Rancho Realty served as representatives for both parties involved in this transaction. David Barnes Company plans to relocate its operations to the well-maintained brick masonry building from circa-1965 after renovations are completed in Q2 of 2025.
