Secure Senior Housing Community Equity in Virginia with Centric Development

Centric Development has secured joint venture equity for a senior housing project in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The 16.2-acre property will feature 153,000 square feet of space with 142 units upon completion, including 106 assisted living one- and two-bedroom units and 36 memory care units with luxury finishes. Expected to be completed by 2025, the development is sure to provide seniors with an exceptional living experience.
