The Feil Organization has announced that MillerKnoll, a global office furniture design firm, has expanded its occupancy at 251 Park Avenue South in Manhattan’s Gramercy neighborhood. The company leased an additional 15,331 square feet on the sixth and seventh floors of the 16-story boutique office building – bringing their total occupancy to over 60,000 square feet.
Andrew Wiener – head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization – worked closely with MillerKnoll to strategically expand their footprint: “As a long-time partner and our largest tenant we are pleased to have facilitated this expansion.” The acquisition was made in 2015 when they undertook a multimillion-dollar renovation project to modernize the building. Justin Royce represented MillerKnoll while Wiener and Robert Fisher acted on behalf of The Feil Organization for this transaction.
