A&G Real Estate Partners is auctioning Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY leases as part of the company’s Chapter 11 cases, pending Court approval of bid procedures. These leases are located in shopping centers across 48 states for Bed Bath & Beyond stores ranging from 18,000 to 92,000 square feet and 37 states for buybuy BABY stores ranging from 14,000 to 63,000 square feet. Additionally A&G plans on marketing an owned North Carolina data center along with warehouse and distribution center locations in six different US states (California, Georgia Pennsylvania Nevada New Jersey Texas) that range between 189 000-1 million+ sq ft.
