"Iconic Phoenix Resort Receives $100M Investment from Pivotal"

Pivotal Group has recently acquired The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak for $39.5 million. This property, originally built in 1977 on the slopes of Piestewa Peak, was previously owned by Fortress Investment Group from New York City who purchased it for $51.35 million in 2019.

In addition to the purchase price, Pivotal plans to invest an additional $60 million into upgrades for the resort. Their goal is to elevate this 432-key resort to a 4 or 4.5-star status through major renovations and modernization of its expansive 20-acre grounds.

The renovation process will take approximately two-and-a-half years and will include complete upgrades and renovations of all over430 suite-style rooms as well as construction of a new adult pool, elevated spa and fitness center, and new dining options.

Despite these changes, guests can still enjoy their stay at this iconic resort which was formerly known as The Pointe at Squaw Peak during this entire process.

This investment by Pivotal marks a significant milestone in enhancing The Hilton Phoenix Resort’s reputation as one of Phoenix’s top destinations.
