"Raleigh Assisted Living Community Achieves $26.2M Sale with High Ratings"

Treeo Senior Living has been acquired by Focus Healthcare Partners for $26.2 million from Columbia Pacific Advisors, who was the previous owner. According to the Triangle Business Journal, Columbia Pacific Advisors purchased the land in 2016 for $1.8 million and developed the community which opened in 2018. The facility, now known as The Willows at Raleigh, is situated on a 5.02-acre property at 2722 Spring Forest Road and features one four-story building with a total of 143 units.

The Willows at Raleigh has received high praise and recognition for its quality senior living services, earning a score of 4.6 out of five on U.S News & World Report’s Best Senior Living Rankings for2024.

With its recent acquisition by Focus Healthcare Partners, The Willows at Raleigh offers studio apartments as well as one- and two-bedroom units ranging from $2,940 to $4,360 per month.The community also boasts various amenities such as a movie theater,dining room with bar,salon,f itness center ,activity room,guest suites,and an outdoor courtyard.Residents can enjoy bi-weekly housekeeping services along with transportation,m edical assistance,and around-the-clock emergency monitoring response provided by staff members.
