NAIOP Washington State and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) have joined forces to present the annual Night of the Stars gala and awards ceremony in November. This partnership will showcase brokers from various disciplines in Puget Sound through a new Broker Market Impact Awards program.
The categories for recognition include Office, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Investment, Rising Star brokers. Additionally, an Open Category has been introduced to acknowledge brokers who excel beyond traditional asset classes such as aerospace and biotech.
With over 1,000 members from 400 companies in the Puget Sound region represented by NAIOP Washington State and CBA serving commercial real estate professionals in Washington and Idaho through their broker-owned Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this collaboration is set to be a success.
