Caldwell Communities, a Houston-based developer, is constructing their first single-family build-to-rent community called Mirella. The project will have 204 units and is set to begin preleasing in August. Located at 18131 Bluegrass Park Lane in Cypress, Mirella will open by the fourth quarter of this year. The gated community offers development amenities such as a walkable outdoor lake, private yards, clubhouse, pool, fitness center and an outdoor barbecue pavilion.
