"Glendale Cube Sells for Record-Breaking $128M"

The recognizable industrial project, The Cubes at Glendale, has recently seen the sale of Building B. This impressive facility boasts over 1.2 million square feet under one roof and is located along the highly sought-after 303 Corridor. Currently fully leased to Amazon, this single-tenant property was acquired by funds managed by BlackRock for $128 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team of Will Strong, Michael Matchett, Molly Hunt and Dean Wiley successfully represented the seller in this transaction. The remaining phases of The Cubes at Glendale offer a total of 4.8 million square feet on a sprawling 335 acres of Class A industrial space.

In recent years CRG has completed construction on several buildings within this development including Building A – a massive 1.2 MSF structure currently occupied by Williams Sonoma and sold to LaSalle Investment Management; Building D – totaling over half a million square feet which was purchased by US Merchants; and finally Building E – another Class A warehouse spanning over half a million square feet that was sold to Fundrise in early 2023.

CRG’s parent company Clayco served as design-builder for these projects with their subsidiary Lamar Johnson Collaborative acting as architect.
