NexPoint has recently launched the NexPoint Small Bay II DST, a Delaware statutory trust offering that includes two industrial properties in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metropolitan statistical area. The offering, valued at nearly $39 million, adds 378,929 square feet of multi-tenant warehousing and industrial space to NexPoint’s portfolio. These properties include the Lakefront Property located at 6101 Chancellor Drive in Orlando and BaySpace Belle located at 1200-1270 Belle Avenue in Winter Springs with a total of 192,767 square feet of flex and multi-tenant industrial space.
This new offering expands NexPoint’s presence in Central Florida within the light industrial sector known as “Small Bay.” It follows their successful launch of NexPoint Small Bay I DST which raised $59.5 million before closing. With this latest addition to their portfolio, Nexpoint continues to establish themselves as experts within this market segment while also solidifying their position as leaders in real estate investment opportunities for investors seeking diversification through alternative assets.
