Ryan Companies and NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health have officially broken ground on the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) Health Center in Naperville. Spanning 71,000 square feet over three stories, this state-of-the-art facility will offer a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services all under one roof. Ryan is responsible for the development and construction of the project as well as serving as its owner.
The design studio at Ryan A+E, Inc., led by expert architects and interior designers, has been tasked with bringing this vision to life. The CVI Health Center will be home to providers from NS-EEH along with Cardiac Surgery Associates and Midwest Cardiovascular Institute.
According to Curt Pascoe, vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies: “Through close collaboration with NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health, our teams have successfully translated their vision into reality. We are thrilled to commence work on this project that will revolutionize cardiac care in Naperville and surrounding areas.”
This marks the third joint venture between Ryan Companies and NS-EEH. Nationally recognized for its expertise in healthcare projects across 22 states within just seven years alone – including more than 150 successful deliveries – it’s no surprise that they were chosen for such an important undertaking.
