Sterling Bay has recently held a groundbreaking event for its newest industrial project in Chicago, the Pulaski 55 Logistics Center. The development is expected to be completed by December 2024 and will offer 147,500 square feet of modern industrial space in the Archer Heights neighborhood. Leasing for Pulaski 55 Logistics Center is being handled by Colliers.
Strategically located on a 7.5-acre land parcel with direct interstate frontage on I-55, this project provides convenient access to downtown Chicago. Sterling Bay acquired Pulaski 55 Logistics Center in August of 2023 through a partnership with Affinius Capital, with construction being performed by Premier Design Build Group and financing provided by First National Bank of Omaha.
According to Scott Gibbel, Managing Director of Sterling Bay’s industrial division: “This project showcases our nationwide strategy focused on developing infill properties in major population centers.” He also noted that there is significant demand from manufacturing and distribution users for modern industrial facilities within high barrier-to-entry urban markets.
