Vista Residential Partners has commenced construction on a 238-unit multifamily development, One26 Vista, situated on nine acres in Vancouver, Washington. Krevolin & Horst LLC of Atlanta, Georgia facilitated the closing for Vista Residential Partners.
The area where One26 is located has seen significant population growth due to the development of single-family homes. With a sprawling 350-acre campus and over 3,000 students enrolled at Washington State University just 3.5 miles away from One26 Vista.
One26 will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with an average size of approximately 920 square feet. The garden-style apartments have been designed by LSW Architects with modern architecture and secure access entries.
