JLL Capital Markets has successfully facilitated the sale of 19949 Kendall Dr., a premier Class A industrial building located in San Bernardino. The property, which spans over 104,500 square feet and is fully leased, was acquired by Overton Moore Properties for an undisclosed price. JLL’s expert team represented the sellers – Bixby Land Company and a global investment manager – while also securing the buyer.
