Colliers, a leading commercial real estate firm, has welcomed Travis Wilson (pictured) to its Walnut Creek office as Senior Vice President. In this role, Wilson will focus on office leasing and sales to enhance Colliers’ brokerage services in the market. He will report directly to Scott Ellis, Executive Managing Director of Colliers in Walnut Creek.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Wilson most recently served as Director of Leasing at Sunset Development Company. During his time there, he successfully implemented strategic initiatives that drove business growth and provided exceptional service for clients in the San Ramon market. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Newmark where he held various roles including Managing Director in both New York City and San Francisco markets. In these positions, he represented landlords and tenants while advising on office transactions totaling over 12 million square feet.
