The groundbreaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the Myles Standish Business Park in Taunton, MA was recently held by TD/MDC, Rhino Capital Advisors LLC and local officials. The 180,000-square-foot facility is expected to be completed by spring of 2025 and will boast impressive features such as a clear height of 32 feet, power capacity of 8,000 amps and five loading docks.
Since its development on the former Paul A. Dever State School site, the Myles Standish Business Park has attracted $158 million in private investment and created over 1,400 jobs. Senator Marc Pacheco praised this successful collaboration between public and private entities as an example of driving economic growth. Mayor Shaunna O’Connell also commended the project for enhancing Taunton’s industrial landscape while providing employment opportunities.
