According to Jack Davis, senior vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap who oversaw the transaction along with his team of investment specialists from various offices across the country – “We received over ten offers and successfully closed with an out-of-state buyer.” Despite external economic factors affecting other industries, the hotel market remains stable.
The exclusive listing to market this property was held by Marcus & Millichap’s Baltimore office along with their Charleston location as well as Inland Empire and Palm Springs branches who worked together to procure the buyer on behalf of the seller without mentioning any specific Connect locations or platforms involved in this deal.
