Soli Organic Inc. has recently opened a state-of-the-art facility in the vibrant mixed-use community of Brooks in San Antonio. This impressive indoor vertical farm spans 140,000 square feet and boasts six vertical layers for growing, as well as dedicated space for processing and packing. With over ten different crops including organic herbs like basil, cilantro, and mint, as well as salad greens such as spinach and arugula.

Through the use of advanced automation technology combined with organic fertigation methods and strategic use of both horizontal and vertical space within the facility’s design; Soli Organic is able to achieve unparalleled quality control while also maximizing yield potential. Furthermore,this innovative approach allows for a reduction in water usage by up to 90% compared to traditional outdoor farming methods while utilizing only a fraction of land typically required.

Aside from its impressive production capabilities,the new Soli Organic facility will also bring significant economic benefits to the local community through job creation with over 100 positions being filled including high-wage tech roles focused on horticultureand manufacturing expertise.
