On Tuesday, Green Street announced its acquisition of Locatus, a leading provider of retail data and analytics in the Benelux region. This marks Green Street’s fourth acquisition since 2020 and follows their purchase of Local Data Company in the UK.
According to Jeffry Stuek Jr., CEO of Newport Beach-based Green Street, Locatus is known for its commitment to providing high-quality locational retail data in the Benelux market. He also highlighted their talented team as a strong fit for Green Street. The addition of Locatus’ extensive coverage on over 400,000 retail outlets further strengthens Green Street’s dedication to expanding property-level data and analytics.
With more than two decades worth of experience, Locatus has established itself as an independent source for proprietary retail information across various consumer-oriented service companies. Starting from the Netherlands before expanding into other European cities within the Benelux region, they offer comprehensive insights on properties that cater to different customer segments.
