Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation, have joined forces to acquire a 64,340-square-foot light industrial building in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The property is located at 9999 Virginia Avenue and was purchased with the assistance of Jimena Sayavedra, Jack Cozzie, and Elise Couston from Newmark. Situated near the I-294 and 95th Street interchange with over an acre of outdoor storage space available for fleet parking use. Clear Height intends to implement a capital improvement plan to reintroduce the property into the market.
This acquisition marks another successful venture for this partnership as they recently acquired a multi-tenant light industrial building at 2100 Corporate Drive in Addison totaling 38,942 square feet. Michael Lupo from Colliers along with Julie Lombardo from JLL facilitated this deal.
