Century Communities Building 126 Acre Fulshear Mixed Used Development

Century Communities is proposing a new mixed-use development, Fulshear Junction, in Fort Bend County. Situated on 126.9 acres north of FM 1093 and west of Wallis Street, this project will feature 251 single-family homes on a spacious 100-acre plot. Additionally, there will be five commercial and mixed-use areas spanning over 21 acres with shops, restaurants, offices and even a national daycare facility already under contract.

Construction for the development is expected to begin in summer of 2025. However according to the development agreement only up to one hundred homes can be built within the first twelve months followed by another one hundred in the subsequent year with remaining units following thereafter.
